The Master's program, in partnership with University of Parma and the Sole 24 Ore Business School, entrusts its teaching to important business managers, university professors, and expert researchers involved in innovation and research and development projects.
On the Guarantors Committee is Costantino Vaia, General Manager of the Casalasco Tomato Consortium.

The Master's program, lasting 11 months, aims to develop new professionals with distinctive and cross-functional skills and insights within the field of Food System, and is primarily aimed at young graduates in Economics and scientific disciplines such as Food Science, agricultural science and technology, chemistry, biology, mechanical engineering, and food plant engineering.

Today's event was about the diploma ceremony for second-year students, and on this occasion, the Seal of the University of Parma was awarded to Dr. Antonio Auricchio for his achievements in the dairy sector.
Professor Riani Marco, a Statistics lecturer, was, in turn, awarded by Costantino Vaia himself as the best lecturer of the course.

“Giving these young students the opportunity to join a company, to spend internship periods there, and perhaps even be hired permanently, is a unique opportunity that the Casalasco Consortium has fostered for years,” - comments Costantino Vaia - “Through our collaboration with this Master's program, we have selected and integrated deserving students into our company.”
The company's commitment to investing in human capital was recently confirmed by the SFP (Social Foot Print) certification, which calculated an average age of employees at Consorzio Casalasco of less than 36 years.

“Alongside a large number of small businesses operating in our area, there are also some major international food brands, such as Pomì. - comments Prof. Guido Cristini, Director of the Master's Program, University of Parma - For these reasons, the University of Parma and the Sole 24 ORE Business School have decided to launch this Master's program in partnership, aimed at training young people with innovative and distinctive skills in a sector of Made in Italy excellence, which is currently experiencing significant growth.”
