The Member Day is the most important event of the year, a time when the Consortium presents its activities and shares its future goals and strategies with all members. This year, an expanded membership includes approximately 370 companies agricultural members, following the merger by incorporation of ARP - Agricoltori Riuniti Piacentini, which took place last October.

The proceedings will open with a greeting from President Paolo Voltini and an introduction to the day by General Manager Costantino Vaia.
This year's edition will focus particularly on sustainability, which has always been a cornerstone of the Casalasco del Pomodoro Consortium's activities. Among the various presentations of the day, there will be discussions on updates to the GlobalGap Standard, a protocol that defines Good Agricultural Practices related to environmental aspects, raw materials, and worker health and safety, implemented by all agricultural companies associated with the Consortium. The discussion will then move to an analysis of the "Field of Ideas", a space dedicated to new corporate projects related to production sustainability, but also to the technologies that Casalasco members use for precision agriculture.
In addition to this, the upcoming certification will be discussed Social Footprint whose ultimate goal is to involve consumers in more conscious purchasing decisions and support the company in transparent communication to the market.

With the Social Footprint, the Consortium will be able to put a real "identity card" of the product on the label, informing the consumer about: the origin of the tomato, the production sites involved and their specific contribution to the product's creation, and the supply chain.
Finally, a detailed overview of the marketing and communication activities carried out in 2015 and a quick look at the 2016 projects.
