Casalasco S.p.A., the first Italian tomato supply chain at Anuga 2023
From October 7th to 11th, it will be in Cologne, Germany, to participate in the world's largest trade fair dedicated to the Food & Beverage sector.
Casalasco S.p.A. will participate in the 18th edition of the Anuga Fair in Cologne, in Germany, with its integrated supply chain model, unique worldwide in the tomato sector, and its extensive product portfolio.
At the stand –located in Hall 11.2, Stand D038– the iconic brands Pomì and De Rica as well as products from SAC, a subsidiary of Casalasco S.p.A.; in a dedicated corner, products from the activities of private label and co-manufacturing for both Casalasco and Emiliana Conserve, a company acquired by the Group in July 2022, for a total of over 2,000 references, demonstrating the Group's production capacity, which boasts cultural leadership in Italy even before market leadership.
The great attention that the Casalasco Group dedicates to its business model, oriented towards a sustainable approach both in cultivation methods, in product treatment and transformation, and in the daily life of each worker part of the supply chain, aligns perfectly with the theme of Anuga 2023. This year, in fact, the fair will focus on “sustainable growth”, now aware that the food sector can no longer ignore the need for a change of direction that is aimed at respecting the environment and people.
The fair, which takes place every two years and which welcomed almost 70,000 visitors from 169 countries in its last edition, represents an important opportunity to meet international buyers and various stakeholders interested in the company, from which synergies and new development solutions can emerge.
