This year too, over 2000 people will be employed at the Casalasco and Emiliana Conserve plants in Busseto, Fontanellato, Gariga, San Polo, and Rivarolo del Re.

Gruppo Casalasco prepares for a new tomato processing campaign, one of the most crucial times of the year, both from a production standpoint and for the value it represents for the entire region. In view of the activity – scheduled from July to October – this year we are also organizing the Recruiting Days, a series of in-person meetings aimed at selecting personnel who will join the Casalasco and Emiliana teams for the entire duration of the season.
The events will be held at all Group plants (Casalasco and Emiliana Conserve) in Busseto (PR), Fontanellato (PR), Gariga di Podenzano (PC), Rivarolo del Re (CR), and San Polo di Podenzano (PC). The first appointment is on Monday May 26, after which it will continue for the following weeks up to a total of 20 days.
These are not just interviews: the Recruiting Days are designed as genuine opportunities to connect, during which candidates have the chance to get to know the company up close, connect with the work teams, and discover from within the values that guide Casalasco. It's an opportunity to establish an open and transparent dialogue, where people can consciously evaluate the professional experience that awaits them.
The goal is to hire production workers and more specialized roles, such as maintenance technicians and laboratory analysts, including both high school graduates and university graduates. In short, Casalasco is opening its doors to diverse profiles with varied backgrounds and experiences, and is also looking for future talent. The Human Resources team will lead the selection process, evaluating applications received through the official websites (Casalasco.com – Work with us and Emilianaconserve.it – Work with us)
To be eligible for selection, you must be of legal age and be available to work shifts. Naturally, a collaborative spirit, a willingness to get involved, and an openness to learning are also essential. Selected candidates will then be contacted to attend in-person meetings and interviews.
This year, 500 people have already chosen to return to work with us, a testament to a work experience that extends beyond seasonality, within a solid environment that prioritizes the well-being and growth of its people, where value is built together.
Updates regarding the recruiting days will also be available on our Facebook and LinkedIn pages, for both Casalasco and Emiliana Conserve.
