Prevention activities with Anvolt will also continue in 2025

CASALASCO: PREVENTIVE SCREENING FOR EARLY DIAGNOSIS
OF CANCER IN COLLABORATION WITH ANVOLT

The Group, which since 2017 has offered its employees the opportunity to participate in this initiative
of prevention, this year promoted a screening for the early diagnosis of
thyroid cancer.

Prevention is one of the best ways to preserve one's health. That's why,
Casalasco Group, always attentive to the well-being of its employees, promotes
since 2017 for its employees, preventive screening campaigns for the
early diagnosis of cancer, in collaboration with Anvolt (National Association
Volunteers for the Fight Against Cancer) Parma chapter Parma. This year, the activity is focused on
early diagnosis of thyroid cancer.

In recent weeks, the company has been hosting at its facilities in Rivarolo del Re (Cr),
Fontanellato and Busseto (Pr), Gariga and San Polo (Pc), qualified Anvolt doctors and their
equipment for ultrasound screening which employees can undergo
during working hours completely free of charge.

This initiative is part of the “Wellbeing in Casalasco” program, which includes
several other initiatives, all designed to improve the well-being of people who
work within the Group.
