Since 1977, we have been cultivating a history of cooperation, passion and quality. From its inception as a consortium of tomato producers to an integrated agro-industrial reality, we continue to grow, valuing the territory and innovating while respecting tradition.

The Casalasco Tomato Consortium is founded

1982

Construction of the first plant in Rivarolo del Re (CR)

2000

Parma Interregional Fruit and Vegetable Consortium Foundation

2007

Acquisition of Boschi Luigi & Figli S.p.A. with a plant in Fontanellato (PR) and the Pomì, Pomito and Pais brands

2009

Pomì USA Inc, an exclusive trading company for the distribution of Pomì brand products in the United States, is founded

2015

Incorporation of the company A.R.P. (Agricoltori Riunite Piacentini) with the Gariga (PC) plant

2017

Acquisition of the historic De Rica brand

2018

Acquisition of the majority of SAC S.p.A. (Società Alimentari Carmagnolese)

2021

Establishment of newco Casalasco Soc. Agr. S.p.A. for a new project for the growth of the tomato supply chain.

2022

Acquisition of Emiliana Conserve Soc. Agr. S.p.A. with the production sites in Busseto (Pr) and S.Polo -Podenzano (Pc)

2024

Acquisition of the majority of the trading company De Martino S.r.l. and
Far East market expansion.

2025

Pummarò and Tomato al Gusto acquisition, start of the basil supply chain, inauguration of Innovation Center
