Basil pasta completes the offer, ideal for preparing elaborate recipes or as a basic raw material for the production of pesto. Basil is processed in our plant in Fontanellato (Pr) a few hours after harvest to preserve all its organoleptic properties, its unmistakable flavor and all its freshness
