The World Processing Tomato Congress is a global meeting of all agronomic operators, processing and multinational companies.
In the 10th edition of the congress, Italy was present with the most important leaders of industry. For this occasion the General Director of Consorzio Casalasco del Pomodoro and president of AMITOM (International Mediterranean Organization of Industries and Cooperatives of Tomato) Costantino Vaia announced the award to Italy for the next World Tomato Congress on June, 2014.
