Italy's first tomato supply chain at the Bologna exhibition on 15 and 16 January
Casalasco Group is preparing to participate in the 21st edition of Marca, the important exhibition dedicated to Modern Organised Distribution, scheduled for 15 and 16 January 2025 at the Bologna Exhibition Centre.
In Hall 25, Stand B91, the Casalasco Group, together with SAC and Emiliana Conserve, will present its most recent projects, created to respond to the growing needs of the market in terms of quality and sustainability. Participation in the fair will be a privileged opportunity to highlight the path of the Group, which for over 40 years has represented excellence in the cultivation and processing of Italian tomatoes, combining tradition and innovation.
Casalasco has always been committed to a path that aims to streamline its work at 360° while respecting the environment and people. Among the Group's strategic initiatives is the agri-voltaic park project, a concrete example of how technology and sustainability can coexist, improving energy efficiency and respect for the environment. Furthermore, the Casalasco Innovation Centre represents a fundamental solution for developing cutting-edge solutions, consolidating the company's role as a reference point for the entire supply chain.
Marca is a key event for the agrifood sector, bringing together the main players in Modern Distribution and offering an important platform for international dialogue and comparison. For Casalasco, this edition will also be a moment of reflection on future challenges, with a special focus on the need to accelerate the transition towards production models that are increasingly respectful of the environment and communities.
